Some burgers are built for balance.
This isn’t one of them.
Introducing this month’s Burger of the Month: Ain’t Eazy Bein’ Cheezy. A towering monument to questionable decision-making, excessive cheese consumption, and the belief that if something is worth doing, it’s worth overdoing.
We’ve started with a crispy Nashville fried chicken breast, because subtlety has never really been our thing. Then we added a golden-fried mozzarella patty, because apparently one cheese wasn’t enough. Then we poured over a healthy amount of liquid cheese, hit it with our house peri-peri sauce, threw on some raw onion, and finished it with a generous serving of health.
What’s health?
The lettuce.
And the onion.
That’s basically a salad.
The result is a spicy, cheesy, crunchy, gloriously messy fried chicken burger that nutritionists probably wouldn’t recommend, but your taste buds absolutely will.
If you’ve been searching for the best burgers in Crows Nest, congratulations. You’ve either found it or you’ve made a series of life choices that led you here. Either way, we’re happy to have you.
Like all our Burger of the Month creations, Ain’t Eazy Bein’ Cheezy won’t be around forever. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Much like your dignity after liquid cheese ends up on your shirt.
Pair it with an ice-cold craft beer, bring a mate who doesn’t mind watching you attempt to unhinge your jaw, and make a night of it.
Available now at Plan B.
Because when your burger contains lettuce, it’s practically healthy.
